Okay you guys, so I've made a little rule for myself, because my obsession with soda is ridiculous. If I'm going to drink pop, I have to make it myself!

Crazy I know, but it's super easy, and I find it tastes so much more yummy than what I get at the grocery store.

Homemade Orange Soda. It's easy, delicious, and tastes like those yummy fresh sodas you get in Europe (AKA Fanta, let's keep it real, haha) :)

Ingredients:

Zest and Juice of 2 Oranges
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Citric Acid

Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes or until the mixture has reduced by 1/3 of its volume.

Cool, and store in the fridge.

Fill 1/4 of a glass with syrup and top with cold soda (either homemade or Club Soda). Stir and enjoy :)
