Can sharing any expository info be considered as whistle Blowing?

I have had this encounter with BBC back in those years as high school kid. I was called everyday to report incidents caused by the Taliban. I was even asked if i could video tape them. Then this BBC news reporter comes into contact, visits me multiple times. gets himself filled with documents as much as possible. Then as i know that the abduction case was faked to get that loadsome money, the journalist disappears and after some time i am reported to INTEL eggies aka intelligence agency (God knows what is being told) and my stalking and harassment gets doubled. I would still keep the name of the 3 parties (news channel, INTEL co and the news anchor) secret and will not disclose them publicly but here this is to bring to your attention how these lying news reporters do behind your back and drop you in a huge pit of trouble.
