On March 21, 2021 at approximately 4:20 PM, the victim was walking in the Wal-Mart parking lot located at 1675 S. Columbus Boulevard. The victim got into a verbal confrontation with the suspect, who was a passenger in a vehicle. As the victim was walking into the Wal-Mart store, the suspect ran up from behind him and punched the victim causing facial fractures.
