The tunnel rat perps are placing Electromagnetic devices above my roof through which they shock me with radiations in order to cause sleep deprivation past midnights. The university officials are doing nothing as they have locked the exit way to the roof top where i do not have the access to climb and see what is being placed. This adds to the fact that how organized stalking and electronic harassment functions with the participation of corrupts running the authoritative levels. I am visiting police and a couple of other jury sectoins to demand justice and my rights as a student for my safety and protection.
