It's just a slave hunting technique from the Jim Crow era Goy.

The dude in the video that is virtue signaling for Palestine is a total homo, but i think this does a pretty good job of showing their own double standard.

Of course the restraining technique comes from Israel, their police is pretty much just a para-military force and they justify their own crimes against humanity all the time, every time.

Also remember, our (US) police and law enforcement get training from ex-IDF soldiers and other Israeli combatants. The same is true for most police forces around the world, Israel exports murder, terror and law enforcement overreach.
