Every year, on the Birthday of the Lubavitcher Rebbe OBM, New York City is treated to a Mitzvah Tank Parade. Chabad volunteers spread Love, Light, Mitzvahs and Jewish Pride. In this video, I take an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into the legendary parade.
