Taiwan's digitally-driven pandemic playbook is the envy of the world. Digital Minister Audrey Tang is also using humour to dismantle China's fake news factory. Tang is one of Taiwan's top computer scientists and the world's first transgender minister. Wion's Executive Editor Palki Sharma Updhyay spoke with her about Taiwan's new digital dawn.
