MASON MILITARY PERP HARASSING ME WHILE STUDYING

This Perp live with me for 4 5 months in a giant probationary dormitory, during the period, he stalked me, harassed me by hissing my name from a distance, sleep deprived me with a football he banged next to my bed, tickled my feet, yelled at my ear and threw a flashlight on my face while i was asleep.
When he did not make his way through this, he started the smear campaign around the dormitory accomodating about 300 people. He took my pictures, used them in the group to make fun of me. He attacked my religion and harassed me sexually by saying inappropriate words. I reported him to the police several times but since the #Jesuits and #freemasons have influence in the police, my reports were not taken seriously but i was rather called delusional by the dean. you can watch what he is doing to me, waving a banana at me and blow kisses at me.
anytime i went to the bathroom, kitchen or the solitary place to pray he was there half awake with a cup of coffee in his hand and ear phone plugged in talking dirty to me.
