Perps street theatre and mobbing at the bar

So by the time i hit this bar and order myself fries and soft drink, these perps show up in different directions and start smoking, by the time i change location and start filming, he gets up and leaves and then there appears 2 other perps and smoke right behind my back. It was all to ruin my time i was having outside campus. Then this lonely song they play on TV as there is this street theartre of perps gathered around. Seriously who they think they are playing with.
